Private Sessions
Why do you need therapy? Because your suffering stems from confusion. The confusion is usually so great that people who need therapy the most think they don’t. They "know" what will help them: work harder, party harder, and buy more things they don't need, on credit. People have a hard time accepting their confusion. They will lie about it, claiming certainty or that they already know. Yet, true knowing does not hurt; it feels good, confusion doesn’t. They will blame others to excuse themselves, or blame themselves to excuse others. This is all confusion. Only when you realize and accept that you are confused can you see the need for clarity or knowledge. And only then can you begin to heal.
What is the work? What needs to be done to finally get some peace of mind? You need to understand the nature of ego (victim mentality) enough to catch it when it is running the show and choose a different, more empowering, and loving perspective. You can't change the world, but you can change how you think about the world. The work, the art, is seeing the glass half full in every circumstance.
These are the benefits you will get if you do the work. A more salesy version. I stand by it!
