Pleasing God
Do not try to please God. God is always pleased because God sees and understands things correctly, which is why God loves. We do not, therefore, we make problems or illusions. Yet, in God's eyes, the eyes of eternity, all is well.
It is only the finite that is panicking. It is only the finite that is making a problem. What is the problem? Time. The perceived start and the beginning. The perceived progress. The perceived change in the identity of the ego. But that is image-making.
What needs to happen is that you need to love the world and then possibly do something, whatever it is, to reflect or implement that love. You do not have to, but you sure can because it is a joyful thing to do. Yes, challenging, but very rich, dynamic, and full of mystery. More than sitting on the couch. And that does not mean that the couch is bad.
Thinking in terms of good and bad is a problem. And it is usually who, not what, is the problem, isn't it? If only x were different, then I would be happy. If only x were different, then I could give my love away, but I can't.
If we replace the word love with integrity, then that is what will orient you. The word love is to wishy washy now because it has been hijacked by the concept of romantic love, which is madness itself. It is the ego's love for idols. For the other. For seemingly outside aspects of ourselves that we have a relationship with.
What you see out there is what is in you. You just throw it out or project it, because we deny it first residing in us. We deny, that we are the source of what we think we see.
